Plumbing Tools

In order to take away water borne waste, a proper system of pipes should be there which is termed as plumbing. Here, a proper distinction between plumbing and water & sewage system should be clearly understood. The former serves only one building, whereas the latter serves a group of buildings. This plumbing work is mainly carried out in populated cities which further requires different types of plumbing tools.

There exist some specifically designed plumbing tools that serve a particular purpose. The flaring tools are used in conjunction with the tubing cutters. Sometimes a particular job may not require any flaring tool. Then other plumbing tools can be used like tapping saddle, solder and many more. Hex wrench:- A hex wrench is specifically designed to work on a sleek surface.

End wrench:- The end wrench comes with a strong lodging that helps it to avoid breaking. An end wrench is used at those places where the pipes are very near to each other.

Strap wrench:- A strap wrench holds the pipe without using its teeth and without doing any harm to the surface. The strap wrench is perfect for plastic pipes or some soft material.

Expanding jawed pliers:- The expanding jawed pliers are generally known as water pump pliers. These are available in many sizes. They are used to open the nuts of a sink etc.

Seat wrench:- A seat wrench is one of the most common tool used for the plumbing purposes. The seat wrench is easily searchable in the market in different sizes.

Packing-nut socket wrenches:- The packet-nut socket wrenches are used to fit all the commonly known household valves. They have a hex shape on its both corners and its core is hollow so that it could perfectly fit over the handles.
